Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Glayer regarding your use of the Glayer application (“App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License and Restrictions

Glayer grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

All intellectual property rights related to the App, including software, design, graphics, audio, and text, belong to Glayer.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code without prior written consent from Glayer.

2. Third-Party Platform Terms

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store.

Any issues related to downloading, updating, or account management are governed by Apple’s App Store Terms and Policies.

If these Terms conflict with Apple’s policies, Apple’s terms shall prevail within its service scope.

3. Fees and Availability

The App is free to download and use, with no in-app purchases or hidden charges.

If Glayer introduces optional premium features in the future, users will be clearly notified and required to give consent before any payment is processed.

Glayer may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time without notice.

4. Updates and Modifications

The App may require updates to function properly.

Glayer may modify or update the App at any time to improve features or comply with new platform requirements.

Glayer is not responsible for any temporary unavailability due to maintenance, updates, or platform policy changes.

5. User Responsibility and Safety (visionOS Environment)

Before using the App, ensure you are in a safe, obstacle-free environment.

The App supports hand gestures and head movement for interaction, but these inputs are used solely as control methods and are not stored, transmitted, or analyzed.

Users are responsible for their surroundings. Glayer is not liable for injury, discomfort, or device damage resulting from improper use.

6. Motion, Discomfort, and Seizure Warning

The App may include visual effects that can cause dizziness, nausea, or discomfort, and in rare cases, seizures.

If such symptoms occur, stop using the App immediately and consult a medical professional.

7. Age and Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 9 and above.

It may contain mild intensity or visual effects unsuitable for younger audiences.

Users under the minimum age are not permitted to use the Service.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glayer disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

9. Language

These Terms may be provided in multiple languages.

In case of discrepancies, the Korean version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Severability and Non-Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Failure by Glayer to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

11. Assignment and Survival

Glayer may assign its rights or obligations under these Terms.

Users may not assign their rights or obligations without prior written consent.

Provisions related to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and safety will survive termination.

12. Termination

Glayer may suspend or terminate a user’s access to the App immediately, without notice, if these Terms are violated or unlawful activity occurs.

13. Changes to These Terms

Glayer may modify or update these Terms from time to time.

Any updates will be notified within the App, and continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
